Be yourself; Everyone else is already taken.
— Oscar Wilde.
This is what most and somewhat all people needs to be nowadays, more of themselves and less of others.

This is achieved by applying ayurvedic principles thoroughly and changing our lifestyles accordingly.
The sages of ancient times lived a very long and happy life only by following the principles of ayurveda.
Originally born from lord brahma himself, Ayurveda descended to earth by efforts of many sages and gods. Or so is told in the puranas and upanishads. But what only matters is it is a very effective mode of treatment with very less of side effects. Yes, it does have side effects. No medicine is there with a zero side effects guarantee. Not only the medicine, the surgery too is very good in ayurveda, with almost nil chances of failure.
Every creature on this planet is born
with their own specific aura and abilities. Whether it is a tiny
bacteria, a tiger, a tree or the so-called developed and most
intelligent us. Ayurvedic treatment is also based on this specificity of
every other individual. Every individual has its own features and
characteristics, which is known as prakriti in ayurveda. The treatment
is based on this prakriti assessment of individual.
7 types of Sharirik prakriti are formed from three doshas (the working entity of body according to ayurveda), vata, pitta, and kapha.
Treatment of every individual in ayurveda is based upon these prakritis they have.
P.S. This is my first blog, so i expect more mistakes. Forgive me for that as i expect to learn and become better in future posts.
